An Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a secondary housing unit on a single-family residential lot. They are sometimes called “granny suites” or “in-law apartments” and serve as a way to increase your home’s living space and value by providing additional square footage and living options. These can be for aging parents, young adults/children, caretakers, or even as a rental income property. ADUs can be a detached backyard cottage, or an attached addition to your main house. Our ADU’s are all custom designed to fit your specific needs, property layout, and budget.
