EXTERIOR SPECIFICATIONS:
Foundation:
- Full basement with minimum 7’-6″ poured 8″ concrete walls on footings
- Minimum 3,000 psi concrete, steel rebar as required
- Exterior bulkhead, interior door inside basement
- Pressure treated sills / Damp-proof below grade
- Crushed stone under concrete floor when conditions necessitate
Framing:
- 2”x 6” wood stud exterior walls, 16” on center
- Full 8’ ceiling height with 2”x 4” wood stud framing 16” on center for all interior walls

Gutters & Stairs:
- Aluminum gutters and downspouts on front and rear
- PVC stairs at entrances
Exterior Doors:
- Insulated fiberglass, six panel doors
- Vinyl clad exterior slide
Insulation:
- R-38 fiberglass insulation in ceilings
- Insulation in all walls per code
- All electrical outlets on exterior walls are insulated against air infiltration
